Forbidden City Built
The construction of the magnificent Forbidden City is finally complete. The complex is now ready for the Ruler Title to move in and it is certain that the palace will, at the very least, serve as the winter residence for the monarchs. What is certain, however, is that the Target Location Rank of Target Location has become a lot more important for our state.
