Unsustainable Tributary Mission
Our ministers report that the Tributary missions from Origin Country have been growing larger, increasing our costs of having to house and accomodate those envoys. While this may seem innocent or even positive at first, we are all too aware of their ulterior motives, which is profits. Unless we place restrictions on Origin Country, we will accrue many expenses which will turn this relationship too costly to maintain.
