A Constitution for Country
Since our legitimacy has suffered in recent times, we are forced to rely more heavily on our estates to strengthen our rule over Country. To this end, the collective representation of our estates has presented us with a Constitution. Under the concessions of the Constitution, they would support our rule but it would come with several restrictions placed on our ruler's power.
