Founding the Complutensis Universitas
Cardinal Target Character has proposed the creation of a grand university in Alcalá de Henares, with an aim to foster education, spirituality, and intellectual growth throughout our Flavor Rank. Known as Complutensis Universitas, Target Character Last Name envisions it to be the first purpose-built university campus in the world, modeled after the Civitas Dei — the City of God. With the support of the papacy and resources he/she hopes the Crown will provide, this university could become a beacon of learning, and might ultimately benefit the Flavor Rank entire.
