The region of Navarra is in turmoil. For quite some time, the Nobles have been locked in violent feuds, which have locally became known the War of the Bands. The rival noble factions of Target Location 1 and Target Location 2 have plunged the region into chaos, raiding villages and fortresses while vying for dominance. This unrest undermines the authority of the Crown, as local leaders refuse to adhere to Country Adjective justice.
