The decision of our Ruler Title to support the cultural revival of Country is already bearing fruit. An illuminated Gospel book, dedicated to Bul Ivan, was created in Tarnovo by a monk called Target Artist under direct Country Adjective commission. It is a clear proof that despite everything, we are still able to produce art worthy of comparison with Constantinople itself.
