Since our employment of Target Character our legal system has undergone huge changes. Now is the time to codify these changes into a standardized legal code, that will guide all future generations on how the lands of Country will have to be administered. This will ensure the fair treatment of all our subjects according to one standard, instead of the local irregularities that were common occurrences previously.
