Ascension of Scope Ruler
With the passing of Latin Empress Catherine Valois, Scope Ruler has inherited the titular claim to the Constantinople, and has arranged a ceremony in Capital to mark the occasion. Although Latin Empress Catherine Valois and Scope Philip Latin Emperor took major steps to reinforce the nature of the title, many of the Constantinopolitan lords throughout Greece have declined to recognize the Scope Ruler Dynasty claim to the Constantinople.
Urging Scope Ruler to continue building off his/her parents' legacy, some members of the Court Title have requested he/she use the ceremony to leverage renewed efforts to restore the empire.
