During yet another extravagant feast thrown in order to appeal to the Nobility in charge, Target Char and his/her lackeys have managed to popularize the idea of keeping the young Target Heir locked away in his/her quarters. Some isolation would allow the child to focus on his/her education, it is argued. That the young Heir Title might also fade from the public eye is unfortunate for him/her, but ultimately a bonus for Country.
