커피
커피는 에티오피아 북동부 지역에서 발견되었으며 커피 재배는 아라비아 남부에서 처음 시작되었습니다. 커피는 17세기에 중동에서 이탈리아로 전파되었고 이후 유럽 전역에 소개되었습니다. 유럽에서 커피는 '이슬람 음료'라는 이유로 금지해야 한다는 주장이 있었으나 1,600년에 교황 클레멘스 8세가 기독교 음료로 인정한 것을 계기로 더 널리 수용되었습니다.
