It has become obvious to us that the Holy Roman Empire has failed to resolve the religious troubles of the empire in a satisfying way. With each passing year, we hear stories of heretic princes abusing their powers and oppressing the faithful, in and beyond their borders. We need to ensure they can not root out the faithful and rally our brothers and sisters in faith.
