The Ruler Title has become entirely intolerant of the perpetual need to compromise with the Szlachta in order to accomplish even the most minor act of governance, with these nobles finding cause to act against the monarch at every possible turn. The Ruler Title believes that it is finally time to put an end to the power of the Sejm in Country.
