These are truly turbulent times. Even though we are supposed to be the beacon of order for all Japan, more and more clans are doubting our authority. The latest affront is that of Actor, who have presented themselves in open defiance against our rule, and have declared their lands as independent from it. This cannot be tolerated, as we must put in their place any clan that thinks they are not owed to us, lest we see ourselves and our country descend into even greater chaos.
