Local Nobility's Power Grows
Through intrigue at Court Title, skillful alliances, and plenty of opportunism, a group of local Nobility have built up a strong power base in Local Noble. If we do not deal with them now, they may support one of the various pretenders to the Flavor Rank in the hopes of even greater influence, though reducing their power will prove difficult given their influence and the large force of retainers that they maintain as part of their own private army.
