For quite some time now, the status of the Target War has left us very displeased. Despite assurances from Scuffed Side Country, many of our advisors support the idea of turning away from them. The tide of war may yet change, and we would do well to be ready. By dispatching a proposal to Potential New Ally, maybe we can bridge our differences and shift the balance of power?
