Throughout his/her life as a follower of Hindu, Target Ruler have seen many pass on and go through their funeral rites, which sometimes involve water from the sacred river. he/she has lived long enough to think about his/her own mortality and how one day, his/her body will die and his/her spirit ascend to the heavens.
his/her hope is that his/her death will occur close to the banks of the river. However, no mortal can know when their life will end, so at least we could ensure his/her salvation by having his/her ashes spread in the Ganges.
