In one of the Country Adjective gardens of Target Ruler, a beautiful white flower has bloomed. It is a tulip, once a rare flower in our lands, though long celebrated by the poets of Persia. Having seen this flower, many of the Nobility have become enamored with it and begun to grow tulips in their own gardens. There is also an indication that foreign dignitaries at the Court Title of the Ruler Title might appreciate tulips as a gift.
