Many are already solidified as part of our nation, following the old Country Adjective laws. Yet, it seems that those laws are not enough. Target Character, known for being a pioneer of reforms, wishes instead to rewrite the entire legal code of Country, something to bring internal stability rather than encourage the growth of the borders with conquest.
