The Orthodox people of Vidin have been discontent with our Country Adjective rule over their lands. Part of that is due to the hostilities between both faiths, with the local governors trespassing on their rights as citizens of the Flavor Rank. They have organized themselves, sowing discontent in other places within Bulgaria, wishing to gain autonomy that way. How will we respond to this problem?
