The Klephts
Numerous villages and highways in the Balkans have been cut off from their connection to Capital as a result of the rampant banditry in the countryside. These bandits, known as the Klephts, resist our rule over their lands, having set their hideouts in the mountains. Although they are not organized in their resistance, they have caused several problems for the local governors in the lands. Such a problem needs to be dealt with immediately.
