Now that we rule Jerusalem and Cairo, we also control much of the Ḥajj pilgrimage roads to Mecca and Madīna. Ruler can thus claim the great title of Khadim al-Haramayn, Servant of the Two Holy Places - but with such a claim will come an obligation to protect the Ḥajj and all who embark on it.
