The Influential Marshal
Governor Alexey Lvov of Nizhny Novgorod has recently returned to court to take on the responsibilities of Okolnichy, a senior role which would allow him to take on additional administrative responsibilities. We could expand this role to also encompass a new prikaz bureau overseeing palace affairs and supervision of monasteries, per the Prikazi reform. It would strive towards better management of court expenses and ensure the policies of the Non-Possessors are fully implemented.
