The navy depends on a steady supply of able sailors and the transfer of knowledge from one generation to another. To accommodate our nautical ambitions, we should establish a school providing technical education to lay the groundwork for a continued expansion of our armed forces. A design for a majestic tower was recently submitted and could house such an establishment, simultaneously contributing to the beautification of the Moscow cityscape.
