Green Standard Army
As our conquest of China progresses, the Eight Chinese Banners are not able to maintain the amount of new recruits that are trying to enter the Country Adjective army. We shall not turn them away at the conscription offices, for it would only send the same men towards the direction of the many rebels that plague our nation. Instead, let us establish the Green Standard Army, which shall hold those recruits and help us police our conquests in China.
