His name is Target Character, a member of the Simonavičius. Though many within the Court Title doubt his Aukstaitian heritage, the stories of his origin appear credible. As such, many in Country wish for Target Character2 to recruit him into the army, as he could prove to be a strategist on par with Alexander 'the Great'.
