Forbidding Private Armies
As it stands, the military men of Country, predominantly members of the Nobility, are well within their right to own and manage private armies. This poses significant risk to the Flavor Rank and could lead to coups, civil wars, and other forms of disorder further down the line. Such state of affairs has been the focus of centralization policies which are spearheaded by the government of Target Character. The Noble Armies must be curbed.
