Seeking to further modernize the army, Fra Ruler has petitioned for the creation of a new academy in the École district in Paris. Seeking to adopt elements of Prussian tactics into the Country Adjective army, the proposed institution would train a new generation of soldiers to the new model. It is through this academy, that Fra Ruler hopes that the military standing of Country on the stage of Europe will be vastly improved.
