Seeing the Crown's authority unchallengeable, Fra Ruler has called forth a council in the Court Title to revoke the longstanding Edict of Nantes that has yielded many privileges to the Huguenots and other religious minorities of Country. While the Huguenots' power has waned in the recent decades, the suspension of the Edict would no doubt resurrect some religious tensions, though such tensions are unlikely to match those of the decades prior. However, the removal of the privileges granted by the Edict of Nantes may see many Huguenots followers flee Country.
