Having served both as a loyal advisor and chancellor of state, Target Character has proven himself more than capable in cementing the rule of Fra Ruler.
Seeking to further strengthen the rule of Fra Ruler, Target Character Last Name has brought forth plans for reforms that would transition Country's standing army to more of a professional one, while at the same time strengthening the authority of the Crown. In order to further centralize power to the Crown, high ranking positions in the military will now be assigned more on a merit basis instead of ties to the old Nobility.
