Reforming the Military
Our military is identical to the one that we have defeated so many times in the Red Turban Rebellions. As such, we have inherited many unnecessary institutions that were derived from the nomadic roots of the Yuán. Therefore, it would be worthwhile to reform the military into a system that could be more suited towards our contemporary needs. Our forces shall be grouped into guards and batallions, each consisting 5600 and 1120 men respectively. Our soldiers will also be forced to manage their own farms so as to lessen the strain on our logistics during peacetime.
