Leyes de Toro
Country have always had the support of the Nobility, but due to a split within them, it is time we start promoting some of these families. Proposed by the Target Location Rank of Target Location, the Leyes de Toro will allow Target Character to accomplish just that, favoring the families who are still loyal to the Flavor Rank, allowing us to ensure loyalty within the people that have power.

However, due to Isabella's triumph over Joanna in the conflict, it also allowed for her to properly establish a set of laws that would further solidify the power of the nobles that had supported her. These laws would become the Leyes de Toro, and although they would not be fully implemented during her reign, it would be during that of her successor, Joanna I, when they were codified.
