Decline of the Target Character Dynasty Renaissance
Whilst in the past many great artists flocked into our Court Title in a phenomenon that is called the Target Character Dynasty Renaissance, in recent years there has been a decline, where great men choose to join other courts instead of ours. Perhaps Target Character should invest in stopping this decline.
