Country and the Target Country
Ever since we became to rule also in the Target Country, both our countries have been closing ties together. Many around Target Ruler suggest formalizing this by completely integrating Target Country into the Country, thus merging both into a unified Flavor Rank. The issue remains though, which should be the main title around which we should coalesce.
