Foreign Emissary Insults Target Ruler
The recent embassy from the Target Country has taken a bad turn when the emissary has given a grave affront to the Ruler Title by refusing to participate in a ceremony that had been organized for such an occasion. Target Ruler is furious, and while there can be some doubt as to whether the slight was deliberate or not, the public clearly sees it as such.
If we do not publicly condemn the ambassador we risk losing face, but many among our Court Title, however, urge caution.
