Scope Ruler Deadは自身が亡くなった場合に備え、若きHeir TitleにScope Ruler Deadの側近たちによる摂政諮問会議を組織させ、Scope Heir Fraが王位に就く準備をさせると宣言していた。だが、驚くべきことにScope Former Consortは、Target CharacterのようなCourt Titleの著名な後ろ盾とともに自らを摂政に据えることを要求し、Scope Ruler Deadの遺志を踏みにじろうとしている。
