요새 한도는 country with icon의 행정부가 무리 없이 유지할 수 있는 fortifications with icon 수를 나타냅니다. Country는 한도를 넘겨 요새를 건설할 수 있지만, 그러면 fort maintenance with icon가 점점 증가합니다.
요새 한도는 주로 보유한 locations with icon의 수에 따라 증가하지만, country rank with icon과 지점 등급이 도시인 Locations의 수에도 영향받습니다. defensive societal value with icon과 일부 advances with icon도 요새 한도를 증가시킵니다.
