たとえ運に恵まれたとしても、外国の港に禁輸品を持ち込むのは容易ではない。しかもこのご時世は最悪で、わが国の密輸業者たちの多くが商品を没収されてTarget Locationに戻ってくる。なかには一向に戻って来ず、捕らえられて絞首刑を待っている者もいる。
